Zayn Benefit Initiative is a charitable organization that is committed to providing humanitarian aid to those in need domestically as well as internationally. It is run exclusively by volunteers and board members and holds no overhead costs. Therefore, all donations are used directly towards it's causes.

In 2022, the very first water desalination plant was implemented by Zayn Initiative in Gaza, Palestine. This water plant will be serving 2000 beneficiaries a day, to local camps, a medical center, seven schools, a police station, and a mosque.
